My phone alarm woke me up at exactly 5:00 AM. However, I stopped the alarm and unintentionally sleep again because shaytaan exist, lol. Thank the Lord, my body somehow wakes up itself any time around 5 AM so I rush to make wudhu and prayed Fajr. I love my body clock.

This is the must not skip part of the day, breakfast. I've been trained not to skip my breakfast since I was younger unless I'm rushing late. But I hated myself for eating heavy one this time because Asian tradition-- eating heavy breakfast everyday. Don't worry, I don't usually eat heavy breakfast everyday. Nah uh.

I'm usually unproductive in the early morning. I don't know why but it seems like my morning isn't enough if I don't go through my notifications -- well, I mean who wouldn't agree. Speaking of KDramas, I don't watch KDramas in the morning because I know I'll be wasting my next 5 hours unproductively catching up with recent episodes. This time, I downloaded the Shy Boss Ep. 5 and Hwarang Ep. 15 and that's it, I promise. After doing all the unproductive works, I decided to fill up the time I wasted with studying for my Logistics exam today. I was pretty focused so I feel like, the unproductive works gave me the energy. It's a strategy.
10 AM : W O R K I N G I T O U T
I left the house around 10:15 AM and went to the gym then I arrived at the gym around 11:30. The traffic was intense but I'm glad I arrived before 12PM because if I did, it would be hectic for me to portion my gym time and study time later on. I was surprise that Sky Gym was pretty empty today. We're like three people excluding the cleaners and receptionists. In the middle of my workout session, I noticed that I was the only one using the gym. I got the chance to take picture, yay! And I also watched Shy Boss while working out so I definitely enjoyed my session today. After an hour of working out, I take a shower and went to school. School was near the gym, like 5 minutes commute away. Very convenient on my part. Then, when I arrived at school, I dropped my gym bag at MSA (Muslim Student Association) and prayed Dhuhr.

After I prayed, I went to the library to study for my exam in Logistics. Since the exam starts at 3:30 PM, I had an hour and a half time to kill. So I studied full blast. However, when I took the exam I'm not confident that I'll get a high score but I will believe that I passed and that's crucial. My friends and I watched Hwarang Ep. 15 afterwards and let me just tell you, it was an intense episode. My babe, Ban Ryu is perfect. Then, I prayed Asr after we watch the episode.

I stayed at the MSA for a little bit before going to my next class to relax and unwind. Income Tax has always been an interesting class. I love the prof and I love the course, it's a win-win. In the middle of the class, I had to excuse myself to pray Maghrib. When I went back, the class was surprisingly hyper. I'm sure we all enjoyed the class. Then, dismissal time is at 7:30 PM. I went back to MSA to get my gym bag then say ciao for now to school.
My mom, sisters and I decided to visit my Aunt who unfortunately got admitted in the hospital due to her pneumonia. Our time together with my cousins and Aunt couldn't get any better. I'm just happy to see my Aunt laughing and smiling despite of her situation. Then, we arrived at home at 9PM. I'm on my way to knock out.

As I arrived home, after I prayed Ishaa, I took some of my time to relax and make myself comfortable and cozy. Afterwards, I decided to start writing the draft for this blog post. I'm writing this for almost an hour so since I'm beyond exhausted and it's almost 11PM, I will end this here. I still need enough sleep.
Today was productive, good and regular.

It sounds like you had a very productive day. I'm sorry to hear about your aunt, I do hope that she will get better. Also, fingers crossed for your exams, I hope it went well. My day was as productive today but at least I enrolled in driving lessons which I have been postponing for ages!

It was. I was pretty shocked, haha. Yeah, thanks but she's doing well now.
DeleteI honestly giggled at the Kdrama reference. Hihi. To push myself to be more productive throughout the day, I promise to only watch before bed up to a certain time. That way, I consider it as a reward for a day's work. :)

Lol so relatable. I know! I do that too but sometimes since I don't have time at night because I'm trying to sleep 8hours a day, I tend to watch KDramas during my commute or vacant time at school.
DeleteI love this post! Your pictures are great too by the way!

DeleteI love these posts! It's fun to see a normal day in blogger's lives. I'll have to try it sometime. :) It sounds like you had a really nice, productive day. Yay for having the gym basically to yourself for a bit.

Aww thanks so much, Lauren. I did, it was a productive day. It took couple of hours though I'm sure of that because I was alone at the gym 'til I left the place. I love it!
DeleteOh wow! I missed reading blogs like this. One thing that is so different with our lifestyles as Muslims is how we schedule our days around our prayers, not the other way around. New reader here from Lanao!
